The movie begins with the five friends going on a camping trip, eager to escape their daily lives. They want to spend time outside, drink beer, and hang out. They are a fun-loving gang, and everything appears to be going well, until, Jeremy begins to flaunt a little.

In an attempt to impress his friends (and because heโ€™s slightly drunk), Jeremy pulls out a knife to cut his own urinary stream in a funny way. Instead of showing off his excellent knife skills, he stumbles and the blade accidentally cuts off his private part. The group is horrified, and it takes them a moment to realize what happened.

The group realizes that Jeremyโ€™s life may not be in danger, but something very important has been sliced off, and, they need to act fast if they want to save it. Sean immediately calls for assistance, and a rescue helicopter is dispatched to transport Jeremy to the hospital. However, in their hurry, the group unintentionally sends their injured friend without his detached part.

Another major blunder made by Sean, he dropped all the cell phones down in the valley while he was panicking and trying to reach the signals to call for assistance.

Now the remaining friends must carry the package to the hospital as soon as possible. What follows is a race against time, full of bizarre blunders and ridiculous circumstances.
